We Felt, we Moved, we Hurt, we Laughed, we Spoke, we Shared, we Fell, and we Rise! Thank you all for being a part of my world

I look back to when I started my journey this Jully and see not only the obvious changes but I see growth in my overall being. I’ve grown mentally I’ve learned to step out of my shell. I’m a very big introvert and super reclusive. Throughout this journey, I’ve opened up, made new friends and I couldn’t be any happier! I value those gains more than any progress.

Before the session all fellows decided to dress up like Ghost which is also known as Ghost Challenge and give surprise to our facilitators.soall fellows decided that everyone turn off their video and exact same time each of us turns on his/her video and give surprise our facilitators. So the whole batch dressed up in white sheets wearing black glasses and at the count of three we turn on our videos and to all fellows like this our PM laughed so hard and he was really surprised.

Then we discussed our future goals and some members share about what lesson they learn from life and our facilitators also have some plans for us one of the things is a treasure hunt which was really fun and exciting. We solve Solving riddles and clicking the selfies with the hidden meaning in the riddle's we lost but I enjoyed that activity very much. Also at the end of the session, some fellows show their singing skills.

In Amal, I met with some amazing people and they all are ready for any kind of help any time and I would love to keep in touch with them in the future. In a short time period, we build strong connections we even don’t meet. By engaging zoom sessions on a monthly basis or just simply we connect with each other on social media and talk regularly will be my approach with my fellows or if we can continue working on our Mega Projects in the future then we also connect with each other.

During the fellowship, I have learned many things and this learning would help me in my professional career and achieving my goals. Besides making an effective Cover Letter, resume, and how to give an interview the best thing I learn is showing Gratitude and providing Constructive Feedback which I don’t bother much before. I also learn the concept of Lifelong learning and try to become Most Valuable Team Player and by following this I able to achieve my goals.
